2315 St. Claude Avenue
Locally-renowned fusion eatery to return to St. Claude.
January 28, 2022
Mark your calendars, because beloved St. Claude staple Kebab is set to reopen for business just in time for Mardi Gras season.
The restaurant, which specializes in faire celebrating both Mediterranean and Dutch flavors, was previously closed in the wake of Hurricane Ida.
We can look forward to the return of familiar favorites like the döner, the falafel, and those legendary Belgian fries, as well as the addition of several new menu items courtesy of restauranteurs Taylor and Amanda Olfert-McCrea, who will co-manage the business. As well as being a co-proprietor of Snacc Daddy, a local Scandinavian pop-up, Taylor was previously a manager and longtime chef at Kebab under the previous owner—a classic story of a small business staying in the family.
Kebab will celebrate its grand reopening February 9th. More details to follow, so keep checking back!
