$1.5 million redevelopment of former school brings 37 affordable senior housing units to St. Roch

The City is proud to announce the opening of OC Haley School Redevelopment located at 2515 N. Robertson Street ⚜️🎉
The development brings 37 affordable, senior housing units to the St. Roch Neighborhood and is already 100% occupied.
The project was funded with an investment of $1,500,000 from the City of New Orleans, amongst other funding.
Ms. Cynthia Wade, one of the residents, was happy to show off her new home and shared how she loved the architecture of the building and large windows. 👏👍
