Renovation (Structural) Permit

Modify and/or remove existing deck and foundation to accommodate a split-level deck in lieu of existing uniform raised deck. Expand Existing Deck area 6’ 6” West, full width of Existing House. Convert and incorporate 6 feet 6 inches of the existing deck area (foundation and supports) at the rear wall of the existing house into the master bedroom. Add a Gazebo over the existing Deck area and Deck Renovation with a Polycarbonate Clear Panel roof covering. Extend existing roof over bedroom area. Modify/add electrical to accommodate renovation. Add a lower roof shelter overhang for existing side entry with a Polycarbonate Clear Panel roof covering. Modify existing side yard rear slab area at existing Deck.
