Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovation of a portion of two conjoined, existing buildings for a cultural display organization which will include exhibit halls for art display, mezzanine for added exhibit space, entry/foyer, gift shop, storage, offices, kitchenette, bathrooms, and other building systems areas for mechanical, sprinklers, etc. Roofs on both buildings will be fully replaced. New windows in existing openings, new doors with canopy covers, and restoration of the exterior masonry walls. New systems throughout.
Buildout of retail and corner commercial areas will require separate permits. White box only under this permit.
