VCC General Work Permit

To address violations cited in case 20-20764-VCCNOP per attached materials stamped VCC approved 05/22/2024, including:
Demolish unpermitted outdoor kitchen and repair service ell wall using VCC stucco formula (attached).
Retain and screen mechanical equipment in two areas.
Replace dissimilar flashing with copper as needed throughout. Replace deteriorated and/or broken slate with natural slate of same size, thickness and color. Repair/replace chimney caps to match existing.
Permanent retention of metal parapet caps denied by full Commission on 04/17/2024. Enforcement to be delayed five years or until the roof requires replacement, whichever occurs first.
Replace light fixtures, gate keypad, door hardware and loggia fans per attached materials.
