HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Two new walkout windows to be custom made that are historically accurate. One will be at the 418 Belleville side and the other at 420 Belleville. The windows will be made with Red Grandis lumber and will measure approximatel 112" tall (with an arch) and 34.5" wide. The upper sash will measure approx. 46" and the bottom will measure approx. 66". Two lites will be on the top sash and four lites will be on the bottom sash. Measurements and structure for the window layout was discuss with HDLC prior to make sure that it met the historical guidelines. Boarding of the windows will be necessary until the windows are installed.
