VCC General Work Permit

To replace existing balcony decking on the second and third floors of the Bourbon St. elevation with new Aeratis synthetic decking as per Architecture Committee approval of 05/14/2024.
• Decking to be painted on all visible sides to match existing color and sheen
• No changes to existing purlins, fascia, or trim except repair/replacement to match existing, if necessary

To repair/replace existing shutters on the Bourbon St. elevation to match existing
• All repaired/replaced elements to be painted to match existing colors/sheens unless permitted separately

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
