VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to building and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 05/16/2024. Work includes:
• Retention of the complete removal of the storm damaged third floor awning, with the former attachment points of the awning to be repaired to match the adjacent surfaces
• Removal of any vegetation and repair to stucco/masonry as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Replacement of the fabric at the ground floor awning to match existing
• Repair/replacement of deteriorated balcony elements and trim, all to match existing
• Painting any repaired/replaced elements to match exiting color and sheen

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
