Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove and replace all fascia boards on second floor balcony, plus remove and replace all decorative molding on fascia. Paint two top coats of BM White OC-151.
Remove and replace rotten deck boards, Paint the patched area to match existing. HC-187.
Remove canned light fixtures + Old electrical conduit
Install new canned light fixtures under balcony.
Canned light fixtures to be at 3" diameter. Canned fixtures wil be mounted under the balcony, centered over each opening and painted white.
Remove old electrical conduit.
Paint the underside of both second, and third floor balcony. No sanding. Prep and paint fascia on third floor balcony. One coat of BM White OC-151 to be applied..
