VCC General Work Permit

To renovate and repair building as per Architecture Committee approval of 04/12/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 07/29/2022. Work includes: • Reframe roof of rear service ells to achieve a slope of slightly more than 2 in 12 • Install new raised seam metal roofing on new service ell framing. Color to be gray or galvanized metal • Install new natural slate chimney caps on all chimneys • Reconstruct failing fourth-floor masonry parapet wall utilizing salvaged and/or exactly matching bricks and mortar mixed per VCC standard details • Repair/replace to match existing damaged elements of service ell railings, decking, fascia, soffit • Replace any broken/cracked/missing glass with near clear glazing • Paint balcony decking battleship gray, all other wood elements BM Navajo White, semigloss. Appeal of 22-22873-VCGEN. To install wood framing and stucco on the rear wall of the building as per City Council approval of 12/15/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 05/16/2023.
