Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

This permit application is so that we can upload a Plumbing Riser Diagram for 3804 Packard. We recently finished a renovation at this address (Permit #23-12647-RNVN) and received a Certificate of Occupancy. That Permit was closed out so we can no longer upload documents. Because the house was vacant for more than a year, the Sewerage and Water Board is requiring a Plumbing Riser Diagram from our plumber. But they will only accept this document from the City of New Orleans. I cannot bring it into the SWB office or submit it directly to SWB. I am trying to get a water meter installed at this address so I can rent the property. When I called your office, I was told the only way to be able to upload the Plumbing Riser Diagram is to file a new permit application. All work is complete at this address and the property is ready for occupancy. It just needs a water meter.
