VCC General Work Permit

Work to address VCC violations cited in case 18-01538-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 05/02/2024, to include:
Remove impermissible metal cap flashing from parapets of main building. Install mortar cap with embedded mesh (Portland cement acceptable if use is limited to top of wall ONLY.)
Replace missing blocking at base of pilasters on dormers. Repair dormer trim as needed to match existing in size, profile, dimension, material, color, finish, reveal, attachment and function.
Remove corrugated metal siding. Replace with VCC formula stucco (attached). Contact VCC staff for inspection if substrate is any material other than assumed historic masonry is discovered after removal of siding.
Remove exterior PVC piping and install cast iron piping painted to match adjacent surface.
Replace portion of missing downspout to match existing in size, profile, attachment and material. Paint gutters and downspouts to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility and theft risk.
