VCC General Work Permit

To repair building and correct violations as follows:
• Repair surface cracks in stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Install a cast iron pipe at base of downspout similar to one seen in materials stamped VCC approved 04/28/2022; downspout boot to be painted to match adjacent building surface
• Remove all unused exterior wiring, conduit, and electrical boxes; repair stucco and repaint to match as necessary
• Remove all vegetation from the building – any vegetation growing directly out of the masonry should be cut back, sprayed with herbicide, and allowed to wilt for several days prior to final removal
• Remove metal brackets installed over shutters – fill holes left from removal and paint to match existing

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
