VCC General Work Permit

To replace both front doors to match one of the existing front doors, per Architecture Committee approval of 04/23/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/29/2024. Work includes:
• Installation of two new front doors, each featuring two lites with rounded tops and an oval shaped panel below and all details matched to the existing door
• Existing jamb, transom, etc. to be retained
• Repair existing shutters and windows to match existing
• Replace existing alley gate with new board and batten wood gate, as per plans

All repaired/replaced elements to be painted to match existing color and sheen or painting to be permitted separately.
