Remove old Firefree and felt down to bare decking. Install 3 inch ring shank nails into all decking to FORTIFIED standards. Install GAF Stormguard ice and water shield on entire roof using extra plastic caps to meet FORTIFIED standards.. Install GAF Feltbuster over entire roof over Stormguard using extra plastic caps to meet FORTIFIED standards. Install 26 guage drip edge and GAF starter on all rakes and eves using extra nails to meet FORTIFIED standards. . Install GAF Timberline HDZ Charcoal architectural shingles using extra nails to meet FORTIFIED standards. .Install GAF Seal a Ridge on all hips and ridge using extra nails to meet FORTIFIED standards. Reinstall Terra cotta ridge tiles on all hips and ridge. Seal with cement with terra cotta dye. Change all plumbing boots and install lead boots. If ventilation is required install black Lamanco 750 vents on front and rear of roof near ridge on both sides of roof.
