VCC General Work Permit

Replace four (4) missing louvered window shutters on Bourbon side elevation of main building, and five (5) missing louvered window shutters on Dauphine side elevation of main building, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 04/26/2024.

All millwork to be Spanish Cedar or Mahogany. Louvers must be operable. All work to match existing in size, profile, dimension, reveal, exposure, attachment and function. Hinges must be Clark’s tip or equal. All shutter hardware to match adjacent surface in color and finish; hinge attached to shutter should match shutter color, and hinge attached to trim should match trim. Shutter hardware should not be painted black.
