Exploratory demolition at sidewalk adjacent to Dauphine/Dumaine-side corner of building for inspection of historic corbel footing foundation conditions, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 04/25/2024. If stoop removal is required, retain bricks for future reinstallation to match existing conditions. No repairs or modifications to the historic building are approved as part of this scope of work. Contact VCC staff for visual inspection of uncovered conditions
