We demo’d an old late 70s early 80s condo that had wallpaper throughout, holes in drywall from years of abuse, cabinets pulled and a plumbing issue from the neighbor above.

We replaced drywall where needed, asked a licensed plumber to to add a clean out for the work that was previously done by the neighbor above, replace the kitchen values, toilet valves, and shower valves.

We replaced the hvac vent housing/cover, various rusted Jboxes, added a cable jbox and repaired shower pan dry rot.

Paint, tile, new cabinets, kitchen sink, bathroom vanity etc.
