This existing property adjacent to Chef Menteur Hwy resides in the Business-Industrial Park District. This project renovates the existing 9000 SF building from its open floor plan, and divides the space into two main areas. One area is approx. 4400 SF of mercantile space, and the other is 4400 SF of vacant space for future use.
