VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building as per Architecure Committee approval of 04/09/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/19/2024. Work includes:
• Minor modification of existing roof to provide a mod. bit. walking surface to service rooftop equipment. Mod. bit. material to be gray in color. No white/very bright/reflective finishes allowed.
• Installation of new natural slate roof to match existing and using copper nails and flashing
• Installation of new wood, true divided lite windows in locations where windows missing
• Repair existing windows, doors, shutters, and trim all to exactly match existing
• Repair stucco as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Replace rotten wood tongue and groove deck boards with new matching wood boards
