Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove and replace all fascia boards on second floor balcony, Plus remove and replace all decorative molding on fascia. Paint two top coats of BM White OC-151.
Remove and replace rotten deck boards, Paint the patched area to match existing. HC-187.
Paint the underside of both second, and third floor balcony

Prep and clean surface. No sanding. Prep and paint fascia on third floor balcony. One coat of BM White OC-151 to be applied.

Clean brick wall and repoint

Remove all vegetation from exterior walls.
VCC approved Mortar Mix
Use the approved VCC mortar mix, where needed only.
• 1 Part (maximum) Portland cement
• 3 Parts Lime
• 9 Parts Sand
• Enough potable water to form a workable mix
