VCC General Work Permit

To repair/replace elements of the second-floor gallery and third floor balcony and install new ground floor lighting as per materials stamped VCC approved 04/11/2024. Work includes:
• Replacement of second-floor gallery fascia and trim to match existing
• Prepping and painting gallery and balcony elements to match existing
• Installation of three new 3” diameter can lights under the second-floor gallery and centered on the ground-floor openings. Each fixture shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
