The current suite was designed for restaurant use, I'm planning to relocate/move the existing counters with custom cabinets forward (towards the entry door) no more than 3ft from previous location. construct a non structural partition wall to accommodate a door, and support menus. The mentioned wall will be attached with the use of existing blocking and floor anchors. it is design by an architect and it is up to code, making sure it wont interfere with any existing fire suppressor system.
