Renovation (Structural) Permit

The project involves renovating approximately 42,335 SF of Lambeth House Retirement Community, 150 Broadway Street, New Orleans, LA. (Second Floor work: 16,960 SF, Fourth Floor work: 25,375 SF) The project scope includes converting a portion of the existing Second Floor area to assisted living units, as well as a new fitness room & conference suite. Floor 4 work consists of converting from assisted living to independent living units as well as new exterior balconies and infill of floor openings. Impact to the First and Third floors will be minimized as associated with Second and Fourth Floor work. No sitework is included in this project's scope.
