VCC General Work Permit

Staff approvable violation abatement for case 19-01560-VCCNOP, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 03/07/2024.
Work to include:
Remove vegetation from masonry. Cut vegetation down and apply a weed and grass killer.
Remove dead roots after 1-2 days. Install new VCC mortar (formula attached) as needed where deteriorated
Replace PVC downspout with round copper downspout of same diameter. Paint to match adjacent surface.
Remove drain line from transom and repair to match existing.
Remove abandoned wiring as needed. Install remaining wiring in conduits. All conduits shall be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces.
