VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs and correct violations as per materials stamped VCC approved 02/22/2024. Work includes:
• Replacement of missing wood cornice from above second floor window with new matching wood cornice
• Repair to shutters to match existing
• Repairs to stucco as per VCC standard details (attached). Stucco to be scored to match existing pattern.
• Repair/replacement of damaged/missing window muntins
• Repainting of all exterior building elements to match existing colors and sheens

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
