VCC General Work Permit

To renovate building and make weathertight as per materials stamped VCC approved 02/22/2024. Work includes:
• Repair and reinstallation of existing window sashes to match previously existing conditions
• Repair to front door to match previously existing
• Replacement of balcony decking with new wood T&G decking
• Repair and reinstallation of wood louvered shutters on the Dauphine elevation
• Repair/replacement of service ell balcony elements to match existing
• Painting of windows and trim…SW Lily of the Valley, semigloss
• Painting of shutters…SW Gov. Nicholls St. Green, semigloss

NOTE: Any work related to front balcony railing to be reviewed and permitted separately.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
