Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

: At rear of rear dependency building: Fabricate and install new jambs and shutters for door. Fab & install new 4/4 window unit & shutters on first floor. Fab & install new shutters and sills on second floor windows. All profiles and sizes to match existing. Shutters to be beaded vertical battten board shutters. See pictures attached.. On front side of dependency: Provide and install new 5/4 t&g decking, 3- 3x6 columns with top trim, and handrail per attachment.Install balcony ceiling boatrds. (ceiing boards furnished by owner). Prime paint nd top coat to all new wood.
