VCC General Work Permit

To renovate complex of buildings as per Architecture Committee approvals of 12/05/2023 & 01/23/2024 and materials stamped VCC approved 01/30/2024 & 02/02/2024. Work includes:
• On the Orleans elevation, removal of a portion of the existing gallery from above corridor. Existing railing to be installed at new end of gallery
• In the courtyard, modifications to windows and doors including the conversion of windows to new doors
• Installation of new pavers at pool deck
• Replacement of existing mod. bit. roof at blue-rated building with new matching roofing. Color cannot be white/very bright and/or reflective
