VCC General Work Permit

Construct new townhouse at 1215 Dauphine with attached service ell and detached dependency at rear, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 01/26/2024. NOTE: Previously approved under permits #16-12007-NEWC AND 16-16729-VCGEN.
Install new brick and cast iron fence on Gov. Nicholls property line of 913 Gov. Nicholls, including gates for vehicles and pedestrians.
New 2-1/2 story three-bay townhouse with double gallery and wraparound balcony, two dormers on front roof slope, and one skylight on rear roof slope.
New 2-1/2 story, five-bay attached service ell with three garage doors on Gov. Nicholls side, second floor balcony on Barracks side, and four skylights.
New 2-1/2 story, four-bay dependency at rear, Burgundy-side property line, with second floor balcony and two skylights.

Millwork shop drawings to be submitted for final VCC review and approval prior to fabrication & installation. All exterior fixtures to be submitted to VCC for final review and approval prior to purchase & installation. Paint to be permitted separately.
