• Remove 4,500 sq ft of damaged shingles.
• Install synthetic paper.
• Install 4,500 sq ft new TEMKO roof Shingles (owners color choice)
• Install new boot.
• repair damaged areas of roof plywood
• The contractor will clean and dispose of all debris generated from this project.
• Gutters
• Install new gutter 450 linear ft.
• Install new downspout.




• Foundation
• Termite Shield treatment,
• before starting the foundation
• Clean and dispose of crawl space debris.
• A trench will be dug around the house under the foundation to spray the termite shield treatment.
• Remove and replace substantially damaged joists and sills.
• Rebuild leaning piers.
• Reinforce footings with concrete.
• Level the foundation.
• Encapsulate piers, if needed.
• Remove the water-damaged board under the house.
• Replace boards with treated plywood.
• Install termite shields.
• install new 2x4 beams where necessary,
• replace subfloor plywood boards with new treated ones
