HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

The customer has requested that we complete 150 linear feet of tuck pointing on the exterior of the building due to water intrusion issues. I reached out to a local New Orleans masonry manufacturing company to match the color. I know that previous mortar work on the property was applied with a white or light gray mortar. The manufacturer chose the closest color to the original color. The customer has also requested a flood coat of Conflex 7% Siloxane (Sherwin Williams product) due to water intrusion issues they are having there inside the property. Previous projects that I have used this product on, did not have a change in appearance due to it being clear and no sheen. The purpose of this product is to only fill any porous areas in the bricks.
