Roof: To replace the existing fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing with new GAF Timberline 30 year factory warranted limited lifetime laminated style Architectual fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing applied overmatching ice and water shield underlayment with 26ga. factory painted steel drip edge style eave trim, lead and galvanized iron roof jacks, reinstalling the existing terracotta ridge tiles, installing one new electric powered attic ventilator and hauling away all debris.
Guttering: To replace the existing deteriorated galvanized iron guttering with new 6 inch style "K" factory painted seamless aluminum gutter with four matching 4-inch round aluminum down pipes hung to match the existing gutter figuration.
