SUBMITTING APPLICATION FOR HDLC COA. The scope of work is limited to installing (1) NOPD accessible crime camera managed by ProjectNOLA. The camera will be located on the left portion of the parapet facing Joseph Guillaume Pl. The camera will be mounted directly to the building face with a small bracket and be approximately 11' above the ground. The camera will be powered by an ethernet cable run from the interior of the building and the back side of the parapet: and there will be no exposed conduit. The flashing red/blue light feature will be disabled. The cameras cannot be painted to match the adjacent wall color. Specifications and images are attached with the application.
