VCC General Work Permit

Structural repairs to main building at front chain wall, per materials stamped VCC approved 01/09/2024. Work to include:
Remove existing masonry at chain wall and corbel footing. Retain unbroken bricks for reinstallation where possible. Install new concrete footer and two-wythe masonry wall, with masonry piers behind, using VCC formula mortar (attached).
Apply new VCC stucco (attached) on front face of chain wall to match existing in finish and texture. Reinstall foundation vents in existing locations.
Remove and replace sidewalk steps to match existing.

All work to match existing in material, color, finish, attachment, function, profile, reveal, size, and dimension, unless otherwise noted.
