Various Repairs Detailed Below:
Provide and install safety equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Nations Roof’s site specific safety plan.
Perform Pre Job construction meeting to review safety, access, schedule, and logistics.
Lead Pipe Boots: Install new lead pipe boots at 8 pipes that have missing or damaged boots. New boots will be installed per manufacturer’s requirements and industry standards.
Refasten Coping: A section of coping has become unfastened. We will reattached the existing coping with compatible fasteners.
Blisters: Approximately 100 SF of blistered membrane was observed. Nations Roof will cut out the damaged membrane and install new compatible membrane and tie into the existing roof system utilizing cold process adhesive per manufacturer’s requirements and industry standards.
Edge Flashing: Approximately 100 LF of edge flashing has pulled away from the existing edge metal termination. Nations Roof will remove the damaged flashing and install new 3 ply flashing and terminate to the edge metal per manufacture’s requirements and industry standards. New flashing will tie into the existing roof system.
Clogged Drain: Clean out debris from 1 clogged roof drain preform flood test to ensure drain is flowing properly and remove loose granules from all roof drains on section.
Vertical Flashing Laps: 32 vertical laps were observed to be damaged or pulling away from the membrane on various wall and curb flash
