VCC General Work Permit

To renovate and repair building as per Architecture Committee approval of 11/28/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 01/03/2024. Work includes:
• Installation of a total of six (6) new wall ties on the rear elevation of the service ell. Exterior portions of the ties to be painted to match the adjacent wall surface
• Repair existing wood and stucco elements to match existing and as per standard details
• Repainting building elements to match existing colors and sheens

NOTE: Any rooftop mechanical equipment to be reviewed separately. Equipment may remain in violation.
