Renovation (Structural) Permit

1) Gain access to under house.
2) Excavate where necessary for piling placement.
3) Hydraulically push approximately “40” sets of 8” x 8” x 8” solid concrete segmented pilings to the depth of refusal
or 8 to 10,000 PSI around entire exterior house, insert 5/8 steel rebar in each piling driven to prevent shifting, steel
shims to be used where necessary for leveling on top of all pilings installed and shims will be encapsulated with a
material appropriate for minimizing moisture intrusion to protect them against corrosion.
4) Fill all holes made with mud removed while conducting the excavation process.
5) Stabilize area where pilings are driven.
