VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 12/21/2023:
• Remove deteriorated floorboards and stringers as needed.
• Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers & 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (attached). Paint to match existing.
• At second floor rear balcony at main building, replace existing beams as indicated with new laminated wood beam to match existing in size, dimension, attachment, profile, reveal and function.
• Repair/replace flashing and trim as needed to match existing. Apply NP-1 or equivalent sealant at joints as needed.
• Cut/modify 6” downspout to function as conduit for existing electrical and/or mechanical lines at rear building. Paint to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility. No furr down permitted.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile, and exposure.
