VCC General Work Permit

To repair and renovate Dumaine elevation of main building as per Architecture Committee approval of 11/07/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 12/21/2023. Work includes:
• Repair/replace wood elements of balcony and gallery including replacing decking with new wood decking to match existing
• Repair windows and doors to match existing
• Installation of new concealed steel lintels above ground floor openings
• Installation of new structural tie wall plates as per plans. Exterior plates and bolts to be painted to match building wall
• Retention of light fixtures and security cameras
NOTE: Missing cornice on this building remains in violation.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
