Renovation (Structural) Permit

The project consists of construction in​ (2) locations within the Zoo facility to be carried out under a single construction contract. Jaguar Jungle Phase III: Renovation of approximately 2 acres of exhibit and animal habitat to include: Redesign of an existing visitor boardwalk, pathway, and view area; new landscape buffers, earthwork for a mixed species habitat, and lagoon restoration; approximately 690sf renovation of existing animal holding buildings and 1,000sf of new animal holding building. Earthlab: Renovation of approximately 2,800sf of the existing Earthlab building and ancillary outdoor hibitats, 1600sf of renovated bird mews, and a new outdoor bird training flight​.
