VCC General Work Permit

REAR and MAIN ROOF:
To remove existing imitation FireFree shingle roof and all flashings.
o supply and install new Natural North Country Black slate with copper nails.
To supply and install new CDX plywood decking, new ice and watershield underlayment to the decking.
To fabricate and install all copper drip edge, step flashing and counter flashings to the existing brick parapet walls.
To reinstall existing terra cotter barrel tile on the ridge line.
Metal cap-flashing on the parapets or chimneys is not allowed
FLAT ROOR INFILL:
To supply and install new TPO roof on the rear flat roof. TPO is to be gray non-relective.
Note: Trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs. All work must conform to standard VCC policies & guidelines. Permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapets, chimneys or surrounding walls. Torch-applied roofing is not permitted in the Vieux Carré.

All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
