removeal of Fire Free roofin from the rear gable roof slope facing Bourbon Street.
removed Fire Free will be used to repair rear slope of main roof to match
new slate to be installed on the rear gable roof slope facing Bourbon Street. New slate will be gray 12"x18".
the valley in between teh two roofs will be recoated with silicone roofing membrane to match exsitng. gray in color/ non-reflective.
flat metal roof will have the screws replaced and will be coated in the same product at the valley.
rear dormer- sill to be replaced. windows to be glazed and painted to match. ALL WORK TO MATCH EXISITNG.
siding along upper galbe on both ends will be replaced TO MATCH EXISTING. The VCC does not allow Hardie plank siding. All siding to be natural wood.
