Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovations to an existing 5,987 s.f. single story mixed use building. A change of use from a Business use to a Restaurant use is requested for a 4,706 s.f. portion of the building. The existing Residential use in the rear of the building is to remain and no work in this area is requested in this application. New work will include the addition of a new Kitchen, Kitchen Hood, Bar and Toilet Rooms. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is also requested. All work to be done as per plans.
