VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 11/29/2023:
Repair/replace joists as indicated, including new sistered joists and Simpson corner brackets as needed.
Install new 4" downspout on the Dauphine elevation, approx. 18" from the front corner of the building. Downspout to be painted to match adjacent surface to minimize visibility. Install new 6" wide trough with perforated metal plate between downspout and existing subsurface drain.

NOTE: Gate repair/replacement not included in scope of current permit. Additional materials are needed from the applicant for review prior to approval. Submit full drawings to staff for review and permit prior to fabrication and installation.
