HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Repair and replace sashes of (approx. six) windows in both units on 418 & 420 Belleville St for the side of both units. The windows are sashes measure approximately 34 1/4" x 34" x 1 3/8" for the top sash and 34 1/4" x 36" x 1 3/8" for the bottom sash. For windows that are beyond repair, they will be made from original wood used in the home. Glass would be cut, placed in sash, and glazed. The same profile of the original window will be used. I have already consulted with a representative from HDLC to review the profile of the window for their recommendation. Estimates and pictures have been obtained and will be submitted.
