The entire building will be renovated. The use of the building will remain the same. On the first floor the use will be commercial (potentially Specialty Restaurant). New ceiling and wall finishes will be provided. The stain concrete floor will remain. A new ADA compliant restroom will be installed. New double hung 6 over 6 wood windows will be installed. New electrical wiring and outs will be provided as will HVAC. There will be masonry repairs on all floor and it the courtyard. At the rear portion of the first floor a new restroom will be installed along with new wiring and plumbing. The work on the second floor will consist on repairing and refinishing of the wood floors. Repairs to the wood stair and rails. The installation of a new gallery. Replacement of existing windows with new double hung 6 over 6 wood windows. In the courtyard new fill will be added and new brick pavers. A ADA ramp will be provided. At the exterior there will be plaster and masonry repairs. A new decorative metal gate will replace the existing overhead door.
