Renovation (Structural) Permit

A: Work consist of tearing down what is left of damage brick fence and rebuilding it back to its original state. Brick
fence measurements are 45 ft long 7.5 ft tall two brick thick with three brick columns 2 ft wide 7.5 ft tall. After tearing down brick fence and cleaning brick we will lose 20% of brick on the brick fence the cost of extra brick will included in estimate and all debris will be haul away.

B: Work consist of installing new concrete foundation if needed. Foundation mersurements are 18” by 18” 45 ft
long with number 5 steel rebar installed and columns foundation 2ft by 2ft with number 5 steel rebar installed.. Price includes all labor and materials.

C:Barbed Wire Removal: VCC guidelines do not allow for barbed wire and will not be reinstallation as part of the rebuilding of the masonry wall.
