New Construction Permit

This project consists of a two-story, 5,519 SF non-profit boathouse facility that's purpose is to engage with the public and become a learning center for people of all ages, demographics, and abilities. This facility will house offices and breakrooms for all of the staff, a multipurpose presentation room, and a first-floor workshop where sailboats will be repaired as needed.

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IS PENDING BBSA CASE FOR DECEMBER. RECEIPT OF THIS PERMIT BY THE APPLICANT AND OWNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT IS REQUIRED PER THE ORDINANCE IF NOT WAIVED BY THE BBSA
