Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Remove existing HVAC units and selectively replace on a per unit basis. Remove existing flat roof and replace with new TPO roof, remove existing mansard roof and replace with new 30year architectural shingles. Remove and replace existing gutters. Remove 60 existing window units and replace with new, replace demolished stucco with new stucco bands around each window. Repair or replace existing balcony handrails.
